The Housing Resource Center is holding a Roundtable to collect input on the 2013 Regional Allocation Formula (RAF) methodology for the Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Program. New data sources have become available since the RAF began in 2000 and staff is recommending a series of substantial changes to increase accuracy and transparency. Three versions of the 2013 HTC RAF will be presented by staff at the Roundtable: the Equal Weights Model, the Compounded Need Model and the Subtraction Model. These models will be posted online approximately one week before the Roundtable will take place.
